Fedora Prioritized Bugs update

It's been a while since we've had some Prioritized Bugs that are
stuck, but here we are. If you can help move these forward, you are a
hero.

1. cmake — https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2079833 — NEW
Get rid of multiple source path definitions

Versions of cmake prior to 3.23 accidentally permitted the source path
to be defined twice. Some Fedora packages relied on this behavior.
Upstream re-enabled the behavior, but the Fedora package has not been
updated to include this fix. As a result, some packages fail to build
in Rawhide.
