release-monitoring.org 1.4.0 is now live

Hi everyone,

today was deployed 1.4.0 version of https://release-monitoring.org.
Here is a highlight of some of the changes:

Features
* Add link to AlmaLinux package to distribution mapping
* Add sourceforge (git) backend to retrieve git tags
* Add Python (PEP 440) versioning scheme

Bug fixes
* Only include unyanked PyPI versions
* Version Filter not applied on Test Check
* Intermediate versions are skipped while update checking
