I'm almost certain it changed locations a few times between RHL 7.2 and
FC4.  There was quite a shakeup on menu entries along that time line.

Well yeah, the majority of the people I teach are entry level admin
types or slightly more advanced users than the secretary and need to
take advantage of some of the really useful things a Linux system can do
from the terminal.

You may have a launcher, but new user Bob won't and thus I can't write
documentation assuming that he does.
