Please remind that you have now a larger issue that is about testing
that blender might assume the availability of certain internals codec
that are not available in fedora's ffmpeg-free (specially thoses
provided in the blender scripts/presets/ffmpeg).
(specially some very dedicated H264 option might not be available with
openh264 implementation)

That might need to be gracefully handled in the blender code.

I wish a guideline about using this disabled ffmpeg build in other
apps to be made...
