I'm not Mark, but there shouldn't be any manual action needed. When the
old version stops, the messages about tagging go into it's fedora
messaging rabbitmq queue and when the new version starts it will read
any messages in that queue and act on them. :) 

So, in theory there shouldn't be any actions needed.
