No, it is not part of phase 1. Sorry for the confusion. I meant, yes we will do the automatic conversion one day. But
according to current plan, it will be done in Phase 2 that are targeted to F39.
It may happen that things will go faster, but I rather stay pessimistic with the schedule.
I will also caution that automatic conversion will not cover a large
swathe of packages, because any package with an ambiguous (in SPDX
terms) Fedora identifier will keep the package from being
automatically converted.
That includes both MIT and BSD, right?
