current state of /etc/pki ?

Hi,

what is the current state of the /etc/pki layout?
Currently it seems to be only used by mod_ssl, dovecot and sendmail? Other
stuff in Core/Extras still uses different places to put it's certificates
(openldap for example).

Only dovecot follows the FHS proposal from John Dennis
(http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=7098065&forum_id=3128).

sendmail has it's key and cert in /etc/pki/tls/certs.

mod_ssl uses /etc/pki/tls/certs (for certs) and /etc/pki/tls/private (for
keys).

openldap uses /etc/openldap/cacerts (for CA certs) and /usr/share/ssl/certs
(for server cert and key).
