The former: notmuch 0.35 to notmuch 0.36. Sorry for not being clearer.

Those are the python bindings, and nothing has changed upstream regarding the dependency.

Again, no upstream change in that regard, and jenkins reports this on f37 only.

I guess I'll add the explicit version dependency then and look at what changed in setuptools.
