fcitx5-qt was missing from a QT5 update

Hi Jan Grulich, 

Seems that fcitx5-qt was missing from from a recent qt5 update [1]. I
have noticed that and rebuilt it in your side-tag [2]. I think we
should add that build into your bodhi update to avoid any conflict in
stable repo, but I don't have the permission to do so, could you (or
any provenpackager) do that for me.
