You can go to https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/ as a workaround for the time being.
Thanks all - I appreciate the links. The "bad" link I reported was from a notification email I got regarding a build failure. :-)
I'm glad an infra issue has already been filed, and I'll use the workaround mentioned.
