Yeah, seems like a bug. ;(

If anyone would like to look. ;) 

Additionally, it doesn't report modules right (it mixes their packages
into the main thing), it doesn't report ostree changes, and most
anoyingly it doesn't say what generates the report, causing me to have
to dig it up everytime someone asks. ;)
