Having said that, why on earth is ocaml-dune (a command line build
tool) depending on emacs?! There's an emacs subpackage, but maybe
emacs-nox would be a better BR for that.

Well, by the way, another strange issue here is that
webkit2gtk3 now has Requires: gstreamer1-plugins-bad-*freeworld* ,
which is rpmfusion package.
Looks like the following change caused this:

At least Requires for gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworld must be reverted.
