You can check the failed-composes ticket for this:

the name is a slight misnomer these days: there is actually a ticket
created for composes that failed *or* that FINISHED_INCOMPLETE - if
*any* deliverable failed, we get a ticket with the details.

As you can see there, it looks like it got bitten by the Koji tagging
