Hi Jakub,

it appears to me, that this breaks build of NetworkManager:
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=81998774

checking if gcc supports flag -fno-strict-aliasing in envvar CFLAGS... yes
checking if gcc supports flag -flto -flto-partition=none in envvar CFLAGS... no
configure: error: Link Time Optimization -flto is not supported.
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.FQqAFe (%build)

(I also commented here:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-2edc1195fd#comment-2381650)

earlier, I could still build NetworkManager-1.36.0-0.6.fc36
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1908992

There is a certain ugency, because I am afraid that NetworkManager-
1.36.0-0.6.fc36 has a severe bug, and NetworkManager-1.36.0-0.7.fc36 is
necessary. Can I unpush the bad package from rawhide? I don't see how.

best,
Thomas
