Hi,

I'm currently working in rebasing shadow-utils to the latest version, 4.11.1, and it contains a soname bump for the subid library. I've created the side tag "f36-build-side-49901" to prepare the update.

dnf reports that the only package that contains a dependency for this library is podman. @Matt Heon, as the maintainer of this package, how do you want to proceed?

We are releasing a new Podman 4.* in the next couple of weeks, and can build off of it.  Is the Shared library calls changing?
