fxx-backgrounds as main package

The problem is I have no idea how to do that in spec format.

If your only motivation is to avoid the review, then please don't. Reviews are
good. They discover problems with the package (if done properly).
Prepare the package sooner. Get an experienced reviewer to review it and give
suggestions. Make sure it stays top-notch with regards to current packaging
guidelines.
