And worse, neither of the alleged "fixes" works for qt5-qtwebengine:

This is a release-critical package: part of the critical path, required by 
at least one default application (Kontact/KMail) on a release-blocking spin 
(KDE Plasma). And the version that fails to build is a security update. Time 
for the contingency plan on this Change!
