The Fedora Community Blog and the Fedora Magazine
are obvious places to look for such info, which target
different communities.

In both cases, it would seem some with strong
writing and editorial skills (and time, which is often
the constraining factor) would need to be the ones
to take the firehouse of something like the compose
report and convert to something less intimidating.
