Hello Sumit, Blaise, you both seem to be interested in maintaining plantuml, I believe you could co-maintain that package together? We use the package in our team to automatically generate some diagrams, so it would be awesome if you could take care it. Per docs [1] I think you should go to the sponsors tracker [2] and formally try to ask for sponsorship (I haven't seen your tickets there after a quick search try)..
