It's been screwing up "mock" builds for Fedora 34 and Fedora 35, as
well. It's one of the risks of many python modules, with a
requirement.txt like "ansible-core<2.13,>=2.12.0", but do not
necessarily list a maximum value range or a completely valid minimum
value for their dependencies. Hilarity ensues.
