If anyone else is seeing wierd build failures in F36 rawhide, I'd encourage trying to set this env variable in the specfile as a temporary workaround: export GLIBC_TUNABLES=glibc.cpu.hwcaps=-AVX512VL This has allowed EDK2 to build successfully.
