Hmm, so why does https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/rust-packaging exist?

That was an automatic import, but it's not currently used. I don't see it in any of the RHEL 9 Beta repos, but please let me know (and/or file a bug) if it did accidentally ship somewhere.
