Hi everybody, It appears that eclipseo missed some dependencies when pushing his latest updates in the Rust stack - which should've "only" updated rav1e to the latest version, but turned out to have a much bigger scope. These mega-rust-stack-updates have been submitted to Rawhide, Fedora 35, and 34: - https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-d30f9d81fe - https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-1937205ae5 - https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-b9e6038b3b The Rawhide update is already stable, and has spawned a growing list of FTI and FTBFS issues there. Rust SIG members should expect some amount of "broken dependency" notifications, and some failed builds in rawhide when trying to build any Rust package in rawhide. I'm trying to work through the issues with the rawhide update, and once I'm satisfied that I solved all of them, I'll try to salvage the F35 and F34 updates, as well. They won't get pushed to stable until I fix them, because I already gave them -1 karma. Having them sit in "updates-testing" does until then does no harm though, since the broken dependencies are limited to build-time dependencies, and do not affect or prevent installation of end-user-targeted packages - which is why I have not "unpushed" those two updates while I work on fixing the remaining problems.
