I do think voting for packages to be included in the next Fedora release is an amazing idea maybe we could create a survey through Google forms or make a custom website for Fedora. I.e. Telling users select all packages you would like to see in Fedora 36.

But adding the package there is no guarantee anyone will pick it up.
I believe most items are there for years without action.
Best way is to become a packager and add a package by yourself:
