I have to say that it would be nicer if building for i686 were opt-in
instead of opt-out.  Just figure out what we really need to build to
support the few things we want to support, let maintainers build
additional things if they want to do so, and have a mechanism for asking
someone to add an i686 build.

Basically not much different from EPEL.
