Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Also, it it seems like Bugzilla email notifications have been delayed
by multiple hours all day. For example, if you left a comment on a bug
that I am subscribed to, the email notification would not arrive until
hours later. Bugzilla's page loading has been slower than it already
is. Has anyone else encountered this? Please let me know if I should
report this issue somewhere else.
