License change: liblcf: "MIT and BSD" -> "MIT and BSD and Boost"

I'm currently working on updating liblcf and easyrpg-player to v0.7.0 [0,1].

As part of this new release, the liblcf library now bundles some header-only C++ libraries [2,3].
Those are Boost-licensed, which means the package's effective license changes from "MIT and BSD" to "MIT and BSD and Boost".

A.FI.
