The gperftools NEVR is the same in both builds, so I wonder what else
has changed that might cause it. I see changes in gcc, glibc, and
libatomic between the two glusterfs builds but not sure if any of
those are culprits

I'm having a really tough time understanding how adding a -D... to CFLAGS on armv7hl _only_ could possibly have changed the aarch64 and s390x builds. Did gcc, glibc, and libatomic really all change from one day to the next in rawhide? I guess I'll go have a look. ;-)

Regardless, there are new -0.3rc0 builds now with tcmalloc disabled on all arches except x86_64.
