Re: protobuf 3.18.1 update coming to rawhide (done)

All packages have been rebuild and the side tag has been merged. I was
not able to rebuild the following packages:

 * bear
 * community-mysql
 * et
 * marble (appstream-util validate-relax failure)
 * mir (dependency resolution error)
 * mumble
 * opentrep
 * osmpbf (ppc64le only build error)
 * mysql-connector-java (protobuf-java subpackage has been removed)
 * postgres-decoderbufs (dependency resolution error)

Non of the build failures seem protobuf related as far as I can tell.
