Let's make this package use rpmautospec with %autorelease and
%autochangelog. This will keep simultaneous PRs from new contributors from
arbitrarily conflicting _every time_, and also help introduce people to the
new way of doing things.

So given that, let's make the actual change to CONTRIBUTORS.
