Works for all FCs, RHEL4, RHL7.3-9. Does not work yet for RHEL3 due to
promoteepoch necessities.

Also rhn backend support would be very nice to have for RHEL3/4 (but
officially probably out of Fedora's scope). It is said to be easy to
add, but it would probably be done best by an rhn expert (Adrian?
misa?).
