Chained builds are mostly useful when you have a package B which depends on package A.
Instead of building package A, waiting for a confirmation that the build completed
and made it to the buildroot, and then manually launching the package B build,
you can specify the build-chain and koji will automatically handle the process.

They can be used both in rawhide and in side tags. They're not really compatible
with release branches, since the chainbuild would have to wait for however
long it takes package A to go through bodhi and into stable.
