That's right. There's only one kernel-headers package installed at a
time, so removing it will remove everything depending on it.Ok, so that begs the question: What is the right procedure to test a new/experimental kernel and remove it when done?
dnf downgrade "kernel-headers" (or dnf distro-sync "kernel-headers")
dnf remove "kernel*-5.15.0-0.rc1.git0.1.fc36"
