Yeah, it looks like the php-imap package was dropped in the F34 testing cycle due to an issue that probably only needed a simple rebuild to fix: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1929640 ...but it was not added to the fedora-obsolete-packages list.
