Yeah, it looks like the php-imap package was dropped in the F34 testing 
cycle due to an issue that probably only needed a simple rebuild to fix:

  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1929640

...but it was not added to the fedora-obsolete-packages list. Remi is 
building it in his own external PHP repositories, so it's clear there's
nothing inherently broken about it:

   https://fedora.pkgs.org/34/remi-x86_64/php-imap-7.4.23-1.fc34.remi.x86_64.rpm.html

There's been a bugzilla ticket open since June about this:

   https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1971202

I rely on php-imap for authentication purposes on a _lot_ (using php 
packages that remain included with Fedora!) so this is actually a major 
blocking issue for me.
