There's already a bug report covering a bunch of this stuff:

to make OpenColorIO happy with libHalf from imath you need an upstream
PR:

Yup, already applied to to official build.
 

but then you still have to resolve the issue of Krita wanting older
OpenColorIO. Richard is trying to get everything singing from the same
hymn sheet ATM, I think.

Krita I moved over to the opencolorio1 compat package.
