eigen3 Eigen/src/Core/arch/AltiVec/MatrixProductMMA.h contains

but Fedora rawhide ppc64le build flags contains "-mcpu=power8 -mtune=power8", so
there is "target specific option mismatch", I guess.
As the above eigen3 commit shows, I think you should be able to workaround
this by the following, for example (on krita.spec)

Interestingly, and I don't know if it's related or not, but with %check
enabled on vips, it had a failure in one test with ppc64le only.
I don't understand now why you mention vips here, I don't think
krita build failure is related with vips.
However vips "make check" failure is tracked on the following, FYI:
