Rawhide: Anaconda localization glitches

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I am installing rawhide on an VM and anaconda and it selected spanish
language by default.

The "installation target" text was not in Spanish but in Galician or
Portuguese. Most likely Galician (attached capture_1.png).

I looked for the pot files in github but no luck with that.

On Anaconda's wiki page on "contributing translations"
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Anaconda/Contribute#Translations_and_localization
points me to https://fedora.zanata.org/ but it shows a test page for
apache, so most likely no index file there.

Furthermore, when I added english language support on the installer,
the interface text became a mix between spanish titles and english
subtitles (attached capture_2.png).

I looked for a bug on Bugzilla matching this problem, but I was unable
to find one.

Should I open a new bug on RedHat's Bugzilla, or this is a non-issue ?

Thanks for your help.
