Updating Puppet from 5.5 to 7.7 in Fedora 34

Hello everyone,

For additional visibility: there is currently an open update to bump Puppet from version 5.5 to 7.7 in Fedora 34. While this can be considered a big change (especially since the config directory changes), it should be ok. Puppet 5.5 is completely broken under Ruby 3 and only Puppet 7.7 added support for Ruby 3.

If you're a Puppet user, please git it a spin.

Also a big shout out to brandfbb for his efforts. From here on out, I hope we can keep Puppet up to date.

Regards,
Ewoud Kohl van Wijngaarden
