Heads Up: OpenEXR 3.1 (here we go again)

Just kidding, I hope!

I have a request in from Redhat to update to the latest versions. My current goal was to get everything ported over to OpenEXR/Imath 3 or the openexr2 package. That's finally coming to a close soon.

Since f35 was branched there's a few packages I'll have to build in both f35 and rawhide.

Hopefully there are no major architectural changes in OpenEXR 3.1 and everything will just "work" with a simple rebuild.

Thanks,
Richard
