Thanks for working on that. The last good icecat in rawhide doesn't work with the latest glibc. Because I use icecat a lot I'm holding back glibc and a bunch of packages that depend on the newer glibc.

If others want to do this until it gets fixed, you can add the repo:
baseurl=https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/rawhide/Fedora-Rawhide-20210724.n.0/compose/Everything/x86_64/os/

Then after upgrading rawhide, run dnf downgrade glibc. This will downgrade a lot of packages, but icecat will work. Eventually the 20210724.n.0 repo will be deleted, but hopefully things will be back to normal before then.
