So ... I've now been able to try this out, since exam season is
finally over (sigh), and - after one case of "RTFM" - this stuff seems
to ... just work.
Thanks a lot for working on this feature, it's going to save me *so
much time* maintaining Rust packages.

Just as an example, for this update I used all the "hot new stuff":

- uses %autorelease
- uses %autochangelog with appended old %changelog from changelog
- uses auto-detected from generated changelog entry and auto-closed bug in bodhi
