Rules for adding users to groups at install time by default

Hello,
anaconda has a bug about adding new users to the "vboxsf" group to help with sharing folders.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1820911

As far as I can tell, the group depends on having the guest additions package installed. Without detecting the platform, the easiest way to fulfill the request is to just try adding the user to the group and skipping if it doesn't exist.

Is there any policy about this - adding users to groups?

Best,
Vladimir
