Hi,

I received a message from bugzilla [1] that my package cmst cannot be installed on f35.
How can I solve this ?

The bugzilla is saying that it can't find the package connman which is a runtime dependency of your package. It appears that connman was retired a month ago (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/connman) because it was orphaned. You either need to unretire connman or see if your package can work without connman.
