We also still have

http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Wishlist

Yes, needs a bit cleaning up. But there and in the "Wish List" thread on
fedora-devel are still many (sometimes minor) more suggestion that did
not make it to the FC5Future page and/or need further discussion.

My suggestion: Get rid of the current Wishlist. Create three new pages:

http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/FCWhishlist (core Wishlist)
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/FCWhishlist (extras Wishlist and
package requests)
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/FE5Future (extras targets for FC5)

Anyone should be able to create new entries in the Whishlist. Now and
then someone (Fresco and/or Core-developers) could go though those lists
and "move" entries to FC5Future and FE5Future (or pages that succeed it)
or clarify in the wishlist why nobody is working on those ideas (yet).

Comments? And yes, I'm willing to help creating the initial version of
those pages.
