Unannounced soname bump: libgta

Looks like a long standing FTBFS was finally fixed, after previous version update attempts failed and the soname bump (0->1) went unnoticed.

Looks like only two packages need rebuilding:

gdal
OpenSceneGraph

I'll go ahead and kick off builds.
