Absolutely correct. Feel free to add projects to the list too. And if you want to work on one that is already listed, put your name in the "Developer(s)" list. Once we get some interest in the projects, the developers working on it can come up with a due date. Btw, if someone feels the page could have better formatting that's cool too.
