Several of these are from the sagemath stack, namely:
- Singular
- gap-pkg-happrime (this can probably be retired; nothing uses it)
- gap-pkg-singular
- qepcad-B
- sagemath
- surf-geometry

Is there a (possibly 2 decades old!) glib 1 to glib 2 porting guide somewhere?
