a low-level requirement for NetworkManager?

When you are listed, the dependency is listed as well. But sometimes it is hard to find. Yes it is a requirement for NetworkManager.

Search for mschwendt. Find this:

	claws-mail (maintained by: mschwendt)
claws-mail-3.17.8-4.fc35.src requires NetworkManager-libnm-devel = 1:1.32.0-0.2.fc35

Or go to https://packager-dashboard.fedoraproject.org/mschwendt and search for claws-mail - click "depends on orphaned packages" and "Show dependency network"
