So most everything built fine (although some of these just have a
runtime requirement, so not sure they are working as expected)
(like python-networkx even)

INFO: Some packages successfully built in this order:

And the failures:

INFO: python-dogpile-cache/python-dogpile-cache-1.1.2-1.fc35.src.rpm
INFO: python-mne/python-mne-0.22.0-2.fc35.src.rpm
INFO: python-openstacksdk/python-openstacksdk-0.55.0-1.fc35.src.rpm
INFO: python-pytest-relaxed/python-pytest-relaxed-1.1.5-11.fc35.src.rpm
INFO: pythran/pythran-0.9.9-1.fc35.src.rpm

dogpile-cache has some failing tests now.
python-mne also failing tests, but they seem matplot related?
python-openstacksdk also has some failing tests, might be related.
python-pytest-relaxed fails due to No matching package to install: 'python3dist(pytest) < 5'
pythran fails because python-networkx is trying to avoid newer
decorator:  - nothing provides (python3.9dist(decorator) < 5 with python3.9dist(decorator) >= 4.3) needed by python3-networkx-2.5.1-1.fc35.noarch

I'll poke around some more and see if I can fix any of the failing ones
or test the others more. Maintainers are encouraged to look. :)
