License field correction: luminance-hdr changed from “GPLv2+” to “GPLv2+ and […]”

After taking over maintenance of the luminance-hdr package, I audited the upstream sources and found that the License field needed to be changed from “GPLv2+” to “GPLv2+ and GPLv2 and GPLv3+ and LGPLv2+ and BSD and MIT and Boost”. New builds will be available soon with this and other improvements, eventually reaching all current Fedora releases.
